RESERVATION POLICY

Standard reservations require a one-night minimum deposit to be paid at the time of reservation. Reservations will not be held without the required deposit.

OCCUPANCY

The maximum number of people allowed on an RV site is six. The maximum number of people allowed in a cabin is six.

GUESTS/VISITORS

Campers are responsible for their guests/visitors. They must register at the office and pay a for a day pass. Vehicles must be parked in overflow parking by our welcome center. Visitors must leave by 10 p.m.

QUIET TIME & COURTESY

Our quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. daily. Violations of courtesy rules could result in eviction from the campground. Do not cut through other campers’ sites. Keep your possessions on your site, please.

CLOSING

The closing date for the 2026 season is 2 p.m., November 1, 2026. All camping units must be removed by this date.

CANCELLATION

For RV site reservations: Any cancellations 30 days or more before arrival are subject to a $20 cancellation fee.  Reservations canceled 14 days or less will forfeit the first night’s site fee.  All other deposits above these cancellation fees will be refunded.

For Cabins: Any cancellations 30 days or more before arrival are subject to a $20 cancellation fee.  Reservations canceled 30 days or less will forfeit the first night’s site fee.  All other deposits above these cancellation fees will be refunded.

For Golf Carts: There is $20 cancellation fee for golf cart rental if cancelled by 30 days or more; 14 days or less will forfeit the first night rate.

EMERGENCY

Dial 911 – Location is 8295 Brick Granary Road, Lincoln, DE 19960. Give your site number and notify the front office so we can provide an escort.

SPEED LIMIT

The speed limit is 5 mph on all campground roads.

VEHICLES

One vehicle is included in the site fee. One additional vehicle may be parked in overflow parking for an additional $10 per day. All vehicles must have a valid state license plate and a parking pass from the front office upon check-in.  All motorized vehicles must provide proof of insurance to be permitted on the property. Failure to provide proof of proper insurance will result in the prohibition of use on Jellystone Delaware Beaches property. All ATV/UTV and other large terrain vehicles are prohibited. The only 4 wheeled vehicles permitted in our park are your car, truck, or adequately insured golf cart. Stand-up scooters are also prohibited. All personal golf carts must be insured for coverage while on our site. Homeowner’s insurance is not adequate, as it does not cover the golf cart away from home. All personal golf carts must obey park speed limits and rules, or they will be banned. There will be no exceptions.

PETS

All pets must wear a current, valid license. Proof of rabies vaccination must be provided to the office at check-in. There is a limit of two pets per site for accommodations. Owners must clean up after their pets. All pets must be leashed at all times. Pets must not be left outside unattended.

FIREWORKS

Delaware and county law both prohibit the use of fireworks at any time. Jellystone Delaware Beaches has also banned the use of sparklers.

CAMPFIRES

Delaware law requires campfires to be attended at all times. Occasionally there is a state ban on fires and we will post and/or notify you at check-in if that occurs.

FIRE RINGS & PICNIC TABLES

One of each is provided to marked sites. Please do not put trash, bottles, or cans in fire rings.

SMOKING

All buildings including the bathhouse, pool areas, and the beach are smoke-free.

BIKES

Delaware law requires that anyone operating a bicycle under the age of 16 wear a helmet while biking. All bikes used during dark hours must have working lights. Lights are available for purchase at the resort store.

GOLF CART OPERATORS

Delaware law requires all motor vehicles, including golf carts, to be operated by a licensed driver. Proof of insurance coverage while at Jellystone Delaware Beaches is required for anyone operating a golf cart. Any non-DMV registered tagged golf cart cannot leave the property of Jellystone Delaware Beaches or large state fines may be incurred.

TRASH

Guests are responsible for their own trash- Please do not set trash out overnight as this draws animals such as racoons and skunks. Please take your own trash to our dumpsters located by the overflow parking lot. 

SEWER HOOK-UP

PLEASE BE SURE TO USE THE ORANGE SEWER CONNECTION. The Blue cap is your water shutoff access.

Delaware law requires all sewer hoses to be undamaged and sewer connections are tight.  Replacement sewer hoses and sewer doughnuts can be purchased at our camp store or office.
